Which 1-handed green monk weapon gives the most energy?

Only one green monk one handed weapon gives any energy at all.

Ivor's Smiting Rod.

The guildwiki list gives the info on all of them. Disappointingly, only Ivor's has it, and it's only +3 while enchanted.
